Any league which fines/penalizes its players for being critical is the enemy of transparency. You have to ask yourself, what are they defending/hiding? If they could justify the officiating in their league by the numbers, they wouldnt need to rule over their players and coaching staffs with an iron dictatorial fist like they do. The replay will make sure all calls during the last 2 mins of the games are correct. Now for the rest of the game, that's when teams can use 'the challenge'.
