I mean...why THE CASTLE stands against ITS MASTER who has just been revived? I know its a plot thing but still its curious.

Plus...I learnt about a theory stating that Gabriel is the last Bernhard the family that originally owned the castle (I think I saw it in the wiki...even if they talk of it as a possibility without confirming it but that would explain why Dracula's power's so attached to the damn castle). Which means Gabriel is its master and his will must be obeyed. So WHY does the castle rebel against him and Trevor?

When you first meet the Vampire Knights and the Gorgon Sisters, they're still loyal to Dracula. It's when the Cursed Blood takes them over that they oppose their master. The Cursed Blood is later revealed to be Dracula himself. More precisely: his hatred and vegeance, his dark side. Whenever you fight Dracula's fomer minions/Cursed Blood, you are partaking in his inner struggle between his overwhelming destructive urges and the slimmer of love for his family that is still buried somewhere deep within, guiding him towards redemption after eternities of ceaseless torment and bloodshed.

I don't think so. It wouldn't be possible anyway, since the level design in the main game is based on having Gabriel/Dracula's moves, which Alucard doesn't have. (He has his own.)

So, it's been four years since I made this so I don't remember _anything_ about this game, but it looks like maybe it's just the animation that happens when you get him below a certain amount of health? The only thing I really parry is his previous purple attack which looks pretty normal, the blade-clash that happens after is probably just the game being fancy. Let me know if you figure it out though, it's been so long heh

To play as Alucard, you have to buy the 'Revelations' DLC for Lords of Shadow 2. Prince of Darkness mode is unlocked by beating the DLC once.

@@LeoKRogue i wish i met u i need to learn and get better at this game playing as alucard is way harder than Gabriel no cap i beat whole game on prince of darkness as Gabriel as Gabriel is way easyer to control and fight as alucard tho is a pain he needs faster dodgeing same goes for Gabriel as well blocking is a real problem in prince of darkness diff as alucard im on mission final battle in los diff

@@LeoKRogue yeah i just wish cas los 2 had online pvp where u can choose to be Dracula zobek satan other bosses or creatures etc online players control and to fight 1 on 1 that would be awesome idk why this was never added top of that for cas los 3 i would want to see Gabriel more powerfull than golgoth guards for once and rip them apart in open combat

@@LeoKRogue Make a vid of u doing the kelidos challenge prince of darkness diff i cant imagine if this game had a higher diff than prince of darkness a remaster of cas los 2 with online pvp added more dlcs to it and better graphics be great and it definitely needs an update fix on Draculas dodgeing i play good at the game but i feel certain times his dodgeing is not fast enough certain times i do mess up but thats not the point it needs update where he can dodge a little more faster and his jump needs a little work too

Thank you for the compliment, I suppose! If you watch other people's Prince of Darkness runs, unless they're playing No Upgrades, enemies die at the same speed. Alucard just has a lot of damage output on PoD because it's New Game+ so all of your upgrade points carry over.
