No Confidence Motion: a) No mention in Constitution, in rulebook of Lok Sabha under rule 198. b) Procedure: 50 mp of LS to Speaker ->all party meeting with-in 10 working days ->Opposition ask question Gov gave answer than PM gave speech and then voting happen ->If passed president gave time to gov to prove majority. c) who will speak, how much time will be given decided by Speaker.
