┃ Ingredients ┃
30g oatmeal
10g soybean flour
10g Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener
3g honey
Pinch of salt
2g baking powder
2g Psyllium husk
40g water (adjust according to the dough)
┃ How to make ┃
1, In a bowl, mix 30g oatmeal, 10g soybean flour, 10g lakanto, a pinch of salt, 2g baking powder, and 2g plantain.
2, Add 3g of honey and 30g to 40g of water and mix well to form a dough.
3, Let the dough stand for about 5 minutes.
4, Shape the dough into a bagel by dipping your hands in water.
5, Lightly brush the surface of the bagel with water and microwave in a 600W microwave oven for 1 minute and 20 seconds.
6, Remove any water droplets from the surface, and when roughly heated, sprinkle with kinako (soybean flour), matcha (powdered green tea), honey, or molasses, as desired.
