Today I made round bread without flour, using tofu and oatmeal.
Like our usual round bread series, this recipe is easy and healthy, with no fermentation, no yeast, no oil, and no eggs.
The nice thing is that a little sweetening keeps the curdiness at bay!
Please try adding this to your diet bread repertoire.
