I have nothing new to add . . . everyone else has commented on how good Providence was as a guide. His knowledge was incredible and I imagine he would share that knowledge with you all day. I understand and agree with your philosophy of doing things on your own, but this was truly a worthy exception.

That was fabulous you lovely pair, your guide was superb, interesting, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. His origins were from West Africa and he reminded me of a very lovely friend who was my dad's driver on a diamond mine in Sierra Leone, when I was a kid in the 60's, Saidu Kamara was his name, I must go one day to see if he survived the civil war there, he lived in blood diamond territory where our home used to be. Thank you for a lovely trip up Indian River, you inspire people to travel when we're allowed again. Stay safe you two. Nick.

What wonderful guide, and great videography on the trip, especially the sequence when he made the hummingbird.

This guy giving you the tour of the Indian River is really full of stories that are not backed up by on line information. So take everything he says with a grain of salt 😂 I do agree that it is an absolutely beautiful place to go exploring.
