I lived 4 years on Antigua. Falmouth Harbor is where most of the ex-pats, Brits, etc. hang out Nelson's Dockyard and Shirley Heights are great places to visit as well.

Hurricane Irma had a direct hit on Barbuda in 2017. I was there in 2018,,,and the damage was still very visible . I was to.d 185 mph winds swept over the island,,,

Greetings; Surf skis weigh from 35 to 45 pounds. They are not made of the usual kayak material of rotomolded polyethylene. They are usually composites of fiberglass and Kevlar and or carbon fiber. A new one is expensive, probably ranging from three to four thousand dollars. A used one, especially from a boat owner who is quitting the life, would be less than a thou, maybe less than 500. conch fritters I had in Nassau were probably dog meat (ate plenty in Iraq), and it was 45 USD for me and wife.com to eat and with one soft-drink each it was $60 USD for shitty food. Never eat in Nassau if you can catch something like these two. If you are on a cruise liner, eat onboard. stuff a canteloupe in your pocket.

So you had toast for breakfast. The amount of bread on a serving of fried conch fritters is less than that. There were far more carbs in the vegetables, not to mention the rice. So a small percentage of the bread and carbs you eat anyway, plus you added a little oil if you fried them. Some oils are good food, like olive oil and others. Butter is good for you again btw, if you haven't been keeping up. I would just find a better battle to pick, especially for the two of you, in the shape you are in, fried vs. boiled is going to make zero difference to your health.
