I could hear the spacial cues as well as the low frequency room pressure over a set of Apple I buds. Pretty impressive.

Fast switching demon was a good idea, shows how fast our audio memory can fade. This is similar to what i heard in person with my system. that extra “pop” of effects from the support channels/subs really came through. Good work!

pre calibration sounds like you are listening to a demo, after calibration sounds like you are actually in the space. Great job!

I like this demo. You took what you had and made it sound good. I used your spatial calibration disk, minidsp 2x4hd and umik-1 to make a 7.1.4 sound good in my normal everyday living room with a sectional sofa, a window, faulted ceiling and open wall sound good to me. I can’t wait to try Magic Bean

Great demo. Uncalibrated, the audio sounds like its coming from a speaker. There's a lack of clarity, but the magic beans version has all the clarity with no muffle. The bass is deep with uncalibrated, but is just boomy, with no control. The magic beans has deep power, and now doesn't sound mono-tone. I'm impressed. I'd love to know the target curve you used to get the subs like that. I assume its a 6 or 8db rise to get bass that deep. Great stuff Joe.

It's a custom target based on the room. There's no pre-defined target. That's the point of True Target app. I'm uploading a presentation that explains in more detail.

That's how it felt. You kinda get the feeling like it's cold and damp out. Audio is crazy sometimes!

@@joentell since cellphone are not going anywhere. Sound on cellphones is getting better i.e Atmos and even gaming cellphones with decent 4.0 quadra sound the beans brings the juice squeeze here. I know maybe it might sound odd but it's a whole market there.

Bass is refined with the calibrated version. Im using NuraTru Pro buds with Dirac correction for hearing loss (measures the hearing before setting a target curve).

It depends on what your Yamaha allows. Does it have a per-speaker graphic EQ option? Yeah it's tricky because different models have different limited PEQ settings. We have an export for recent Aventage processors. If you message me directly on Instagram, we can see what we can do to create a custom export for that model.

Joe n tell yes it has d eq for all channels I think u had reviewed that model the rx v6a Shane Lee had reviewed it and audioholics I know if u use the calibration mic ypao it will be on d calibrated flat settings unless u go to the eq
