i think a cool item to have would be like a tripod stand that has a UV bulb on it that emits a large radius of UV light in the room, which would be more consistent then the glow sticks.

Parabolic mic it's useful on bigger maps, like asylum, it helps you detect if the ghost is touching/moving something in a far away room that you can't really hear normally.

The parabolic mic has a little delay on a reading, but any sound (including you turning on lights opening doors) can give you a reading. It’s good for sweeping because you can immediately narrow it down to a side / floor if the ghost touches something. It’s more useful on large maps

Actually, there are some spooky stuff programed with the plushies. One time me and my friends found one in the bathtub of the ghost room and I took it to the truck, after a couple of minutes it teleported back to the bathtub. One other time the ghost was super shy, we were all at low sanity and it was not hunting and we wanted a photo, the moment I took the plushie the ghost chained 4 hunts. Another time, the only thing the ghost threw in the room was the plushie, it threw it like 5 times

I normally like Getting two types of evidence, then I start looking at the behavior of the ghost to narrow it down. Saw freezing temps on the one map and waited to see if the lights went out and they did so I just went in swearing near the area of the ghost and walked out in the dark. Just as I made my escape it started to hunt while my sanity was still high and I knew it had to be a mare.

Honnestly, in the asylum I'm only doing No evidence challenge, like I'm not even finding the exact room and going everywhere, I'm just waiting for it to be active, then I guess what it is by what I saw it doing...Worked both times I went there solo :o (They were phantoms, very active, stomping around, playing with doors and the breaker) Edit: worked again, got freezing temps just as I walked in Tanglewood, Professionnal solo (my first one), was scared to go in again so I put everything in the foyer, looked at the cams I placed to see what it was doing, and since it was EMF5 + negative °C, it couldn't be a banshee, too active with crucifix. When in doubt, go Phantom, sherlocks!)

the parabolic mic is useless on small maps, its basically supposed to be an extension of your ears, for example, if you hear running water or a door open, you already know the general location/direction of the ghost, however on large maps like asylum the ghost can turn on a faucet far enough away you personally cant hear, the parabolic mic CAN hear it, and it will jump to 10+ if a faucet, radio etc.. are on and your facing the right direction, i believe it also flickers to 5+ when a switch flicks or door creaks but not sure on that one in conclusion, dont bother with the mic on small maps, its only for maps where its too large to hear things across the map, and its ONLY for finding the general area the ghost is in, nothing more (it also doesnt even work on asylum or anything if the ghost doesnt turn on a faucet/radio or your not facing the right direction when they creak a door or something, and your probably going to find the room before they flick a faucet, so tbh, i dont think the mic really has much of a use unless its a hyperactive ghost)
