when u have high science skill the prospect area becomes alot larger aswell ,so if u research some basic stuff before building a base u can use ur science guy to prospect the areas alot more effectively

quick tip to anyone starting out 1. dont use the mods that increments number of items on shops, those will destroy your experience (destroyed mine, i only realized i got some stuff i shouldnt have when it was too late) 2. dont build on a too safe area, if you do that you'll get bored fast af and your game experience will be so easy that it turns bad (i built on fogmen, even if you consider its kinda hard to start out the base, when its on place you basically wont get raided + wont see much activity besides the trading event) 3. use and abuse mods, mods are made to make your experience better (if you dont use the cheaty ones) for example, we have some storage boxes that can hold only 25 of a specific item, which if you compare with other items that are the same "weight", height and stuff like that, you can hold 100 of it on the specific storage, so, i use a mod that makes those storage like stuff be 100 instead of 25 (i personally dont believe its cheating), same with the training mods, since most of them just let you train till like 30 ish its not a really big deal that you cheat little bit on the training since to get to the bigger levels you'll need to do it "by hand", since the game is kinda old you need the mods to "update" the game

For early game money making I usually tend to head over to the grey desert, you can scavenge off the desert ninjas that the waystation kills off and make some MUCH faster money. Additionally, the katanas they drop aren't bad!

so how did the ceiling fan have power? I tried building in the snail house and tried building a cooknig station but it wont get power. Am I doing something wrong ? Or do you have to build in certain houses at the HUB in order to get some power before gonig out to build a private base?

The hub uses only wind power, so there will be some situations in which there is no power generated at the moment to power anything. You may just have to wait for it to come back online. To offset this, you can invest in batteries or advanced wind power. But if you're doing that, a base might just be easier to make work if you are strong and well equipped enough. That technology is also kinda mid to late game too. :^]

I got a question when I build walls at my base it says that there owned by a near by town or village and I can't dismantle the wall is there any way to prevent this?

Generally, the only way to reliably prevent this is to build far away to the point where you'll never be in their boundary. Build too close, and some buildings may get taken by AI. At that point, the only way to get them back is with Dev mode. Making a save file before building your base is also another way to test a base before committing a bunch!

hello, I have a problem, I can't do business with the merchant from hab and not even in the rebel base, when I looked at the table with the factions, I have -37 with them, is there a way to fix it?

Heyo, so depends on what you did with them. From what I can tell, if you steal from a shop and get caught, they might not sell to you again at all. If the faction is too hostile, you can try to find the pacifier for the factions, which can be found on the wiki. To gain reputation with the faction, you also can try and heal the NPCs of the faction when they get hurt or free them from slavery. Beyond that, some factions will also gain relationship if you turn in very high value bounties, but that may be only for some factions. :)w

@@Pandalius thanks for the reply 🙂, I started playing it from the beginning 😄, in Orkans Pride and I'm careful not to screw anything up, as I had another problem for a change, as we all know, the holy nation doesn't like Shek and Haiv and when they first found Beep and Ruka with me they attacked me so I reloaded the game I sent the two to the rebel base before the police disappeared from there 😄
