This kind of community is different than corporate community is because of "cooperation" and more hands means easier work and more abundance for everyone. In the corporate world it is about competition. More hands means layoff.

You can buy plastic bag and grow there. You dont need land to grow your own food. All you need is good sunlight for your plants
