Definitely something that's missing within a lot of these Tech videos across-the-board. Computer builds for Content creators instead of Gamers. Or if a gaming computer can actually content create. Sometimes it's mentioned but nine times out of ten it's not. Especially with everyone really still kind of working from home and doing content creation or learning how to edit photos in Lightroom or video in Premiere Etc kind of like myself. It'd be great to know for Layman's folks whether if it can edit or not. Like you did with this video.

Yeah, there should be more 'all around' type channels, but it seems most are just dedicated to gamers and gaming. I would love it if they just put a timespy benchmark in every build vid and maybe a cinebench. That would at least give a true level playing field as to what you could expect from the components presented.

@@microtasker I couldn't agree more. Yeah I mean there's other channels that go more in depth but they're not specific to content creation. So like for this video that I'm commenting on what are they using to edit with and what are the specs. And is it over respect for what they needed to be so they can do crazy gaming or are there minimum specs to where you can literally have no lag in a timeline in Lightroom or Premiere Etc and you can literally just go photo to photo and edit at your own Leisure without any lag at all. I'm using an M1 Mac Mini gen 1 things freaking awesome for Lightroom and video. However I'm a PC guy and I'd like to get a PC to do the same thing

@@silentdrive3243 My specs are AMD 5600G RTX 3080 Ventus in an ASUS B550-A Mobo, PCIE 4 M.2 (WD Black) and 16gb XPG 3600 RAM. I don't have any lag with Photoshop, Lightroom or Premier Pro. I had some issues with Premier when I had my Zotac 3060ti, but nothing to write home about. My render speeds are sick now. Don't know how it compares to a Mac, but I have no bottlenecks really. I could use another 16gb of RAM though.

i have an MSI B560M PRO with a INTEL i5 10500 CPU and i have no problem running BF4 or Fortnite with minimal problems. I built two pcs one for me and one for my kid so i couldn't get the graphic's cards but i cant complain since it runs the only games i play. i will later get the GPU i want. you dont need the craziest GPU to play unless you play more modern games which require them and you save a lil money.

it's important to remember gpus are now more affordable, you may as well get a worse cpu (say a 3100, which is still decent) and get something like a 1050 ti, it is just worth it as most games run with only 4c/8t

@@BREEZYM6015 Honestly bro.. Youd be better off upgrading your cpu than your gpu first. Id go with a i3 10100 or i3 12100. You wont get much more out of that 8320 with a new GPU, but if your dead set on getting one get whatever you want honestly. I would get a 6600xt or 6650xt, then upgrade the cpu down the road

The performance cores are hyperthreaded, but not the efficient cores. It’s a 6P+4E CPU, so that’s 6 P. cores + 6 threads + 4 E. cores which would amount to 16 total threads. :)
