No Knead Hot Cross Buns Recipe
✅ Ingredients and No Knead Hot Cross Buns Recipe:
Hello, and welcome to my kitchen!
250 milliliters of warm milk
7 grams of dry instant yeast
45 grams (3 tablespoons) of sugar
1 egg
Orange zest (2 teaspoons)
50 grams of melted butter
Sift 480 grams of all-purpose flour.
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder

50 grams of raisins
Mix well.
Mix them with a spatula until they are soft and smooth.
1 tablespoon of melted butter
Cover and leave for 40 minutes.
40 minutes later.
1 tablespoon of melted butter

1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

Roll out the dough with your hands.
Fold the dough 2-3 times.

Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces.
Form a ball from each piece of dough.
Transfer the buns to a baking dish.
Cover and leave for 10 minutes.
Add 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla to an egg and mix them.
Brush with the mixture.
1/3 cup of flour + 1/4 cup of water
Use a piping bag for making the flour cross.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180◦c for 25-30 minutes.
