You too can have a good ground game with jets! Just get in your jet and practice with headhunters. It's not easy but that's the point! It's the best place to start instead of attacking players

You don’t need to drop the weapons if you buy the custom wheelspin for your weapons in the office

A lot of weapons are basically useless in PvP, if you have a facility or Bunker you should be able to customize your loadout by disabling any weapons you dont use. I used to play a loadout similar to Uversus however i found it way easier (and cheaper when it comes to ammo) to also include an AR as well as the Combat-LMG to deal with NPCs like Cops

Just use a weapon locker so you can toggle between the weapons you need for combat and the ones you don't. You can get one from an arcade, executive office, and I think bunker too
