You played the deck quite well! Of course you'll want to adjust it to your Set Championship Meta and Locals Meta over time.

@@SapphireGladeComics This kind of game and matchup is probably where I feel the most comfortable. I love being able to patiently gather resources, exhaust opponent threats, and just sit back and wear the opponent down. Granted it auto loses to like GP/YP hyper aggro, and even many YS builds... Will have to find a happy balance. Seen some people take this as a starting point and -2 big Sisu, -1 Library for +1 Crab and EITHER +2 Medusa or +2 Elsa5. Lots of ways to take it. But until Locations become a thing again I feel fine without Maui.

@@702Maui That's awesome! Hope you enjoy it! The two games have a lot in common, but also a lot of really cool differences.

I tried this list at my set champs and 2-0’d my RB and RP matches but struggled against everything else pretty much. I was definitely missing the Elsa and Medusas, Maui even just a little bit due to facing against a Mcduck manor in a Blurple deck. Here’s what I would trim down: 1 big Sisu, 1 Tremaine, 2 Diablo, 2 Library Here’s what I would add: 2 Medusa, 2 Maui and 2 Elsa I felt the list was great without Genie.

For those wondering I got top 8 with it lol

@@beardedcat9744 Sounds about right! At this League Night, I also got 0-2d by Amber Steel Aggro Mines. It's super weak to early wide board and locations.

@ For sure my match ups I lost to were Blurple and Steel Purple I just had no way to deal with their characters since most are 3 strength or higher so missing out on Medusa was rough tbh. I could have won against the Blurple but I had no ways to deal with the big Elsa due to a lack of Maui. But against Red Blue and the Mirror the list was fantastic lol. I still think you could run 2 big sisu but hoping your 3 cost lives for 3 turns is a bit rough and by turn 6 most decks don’t even have anything 2 strength or lower so I think atleast 1 is a good number incase you ran into the random heavy aggro player.

@beardedcat9744 I'm looking for for something a little less transformative. I'm hoping a lot few Mauis will go a long way. Looking right now at -2 Big Sisu, -1 Library, -1 Diablo for +3 Maui5 +1 Medusa.

Why not quest bog bounce with fox, kill maui and then quest with diablo?
@SnapquesterMage13 күн бұрын
Honestly, I wanted to keep as many Foxes available for when I needed them. The Maui isn't really a threat to me, because it's either challenging things that draw me cards anyway, or all my stuff is readied. It's not like Maui is questing for anything, and this helps keep card velocity going. I actually get kind of choked later on with so many uninkables (and psudo uninkables aka stuff I want to use) that the extra cards really matter!
