I love your hair! I’m definitely going to try this. I have type 4 hair and there’s tons of breakage during wash days. My hair has grown but I believe it could be longer if my hair didn’t break as much! Thank you for the video, I believe I will see a difference whenever I try it and be consistent! I will keep you updated!

yes you definitely will... doing my hair in twists is the best way to cause little to no breakage, it has worked the best over my hair journey.

I'm more on IG and see your clips..but I need to see the full routines more... I swear u and my daughter have the same hair lol.. I detangle her hair like u do because her strands are terribly thin and her hair breaks. I have to try leaving the twists in while I wash and add more oils while wet to see if that makes washing her hair better. Great vid!! :)

I'm currently experimenting with tea rinsing for shedding This my first time. I had my hair in braids for 10days (which usually gives me lots of shedding) but for I didn't experience alot when I was using black tea/green tea as water during my pre-poo with oils. I'm not going to say it's the tea as of yet I'll give few more tries one thing I did notice is that after the rinse my hair felt different. I don’t have the words to explain, but my hair felt less weak and I barely had any breakage. I only finger detangle as of now but even then I'd get breakage.
@BubsBee7 жыл бұрын
I have meaning to try black/green tea rinses, I have heard so many benefits from it, definitely let me know how it goes further down the line! Thanks for your comment

Hi Bubs! (Idk of that's what you gp by in comments 🤷🏽♀️😊) Do you use thos same method if you have a lot of buildup on your hair (like a lot ofnold crusty gel)? If so this would save me soooo much time. Love your method and your hair is always beautiful!

Do you have a video on oiling your scalp. You stated you would let us know in a future video. I will be waiting on your respond.
@BubsBee5 жыл бұрын
No not specifically. I do not oil my scalp after washing though. I oil my scalp when I prepoo and I may do it again during the week. That's it.
@imarahowze46787 жыл бұрын
I absolutely love your videos!! ❤❤ I'm in the middle of my wash routine, and i wanted to know how can you tell when it's necessary to go further in detangling with the red brush? I'm 23 with no kids and I have 4c hair, but i recently switched to just finger detangling and i was trying to avoid combs and brushes all together. Is it necessary, at some point, for people with 4c hair to use some kind of comb or brush in their detangling routine?
@BubsBee7 жыл бұрын
Thank you so much !! And no it is not necessary to use detangling combs or brushes in your routine, I know naturals who do not use combs or brushes at all + their hair is still flourishing. But for me, I only use detangling tools or brushes on wash day! just to get all the shed hairs out but that is preference. If your hair is fine without using those things then just do not do it.

Thank you! every 2 weeks, or sooner like 1 week, just all depends on if my hair and my scalp are super dirty and have product build up.

I enjoyed your video you did an excellent job of explaining your was routine I loved it! I have 2 questions #1 why did you use conditioner and oil in the back of your head and coconut oil In the front of your head and #2 What is your hair porosity?
@BubsBee7 жыл бұрын
Thanks so much for watching, I'm so happy you enjoyed it. I was just showing different options, you can use a conditioner and oil or just coconut oil -- because coconut oil has slip and its a prepoo -- conditioner is not a prepoo. and I am low porosity.

Any oiling the scalp update?
@BubsBee6 жыл бұрын
Hey! Thanks for asking, so i tried to stop doing it and my scalp wasn't having it.. by day 4 my scalp was on fire.. so i tried to massage it and let my own oils lubricate my scalp but it didn't help. So I washed my hair and started using oil again. Idk, my recent 4c wash routine, has really been working so well, and i have just been using organigrowhairco scalp beverage on my scalp and my scalp always feels amazing. and i will not get any itchiness for a week or more.. that oil is so light, that i sometimes use it 3 to 4 days out the week. my scalp is just too dry and just needs a little more help.

my hair is long enough to stay in twists while washing, especially since my twists are pretty jumbo to medium size. while washing i focus on my scalp and when rinsing, i squeeze the water out, i am not going crazy moving my hands all over the place

should you oil your scalp?
@BubsBee5 жыл бұрын
well it depends, I find that I don't have to because it causes me to itch more, so I add oil when I prepoo, so I can make sure I can wash it out but also still getting the benefits from the oil. But for my daughters scalp, I must oil it or she gets so many flakes and gets super dry, so I think it depends on the person.
