This is an incredible piece of work, thank you very much for releasing it for sale! I am having trouble with the fall planting dates. I want to sow, for example, some anemone corms this autumn to bloom next spring, and I've managed to populate it in my planner around the time I want by doing some funny things with numbers but that's how I get it to show up in the spring planting section. I can't work out how to fill the fall sow/transplant entriesm which I'd like to use so I can filter out things that won't bloom this year in my blooming calendar. Am I missing something?

I just bought this and I'm already knee deep and loving it! One big question is, if I make notes under my plants during the growing season. Will the notes save when I "reset" for next year?

yes! the notes will stay the same, only the things that are unique to that season (quantity, location, checkmarks for sown & grown) will clear :)

I bought the template but no matter where I open it the plant database will not allow me to select any plants as growing. I have tried on an android tablet and an iPhone and an iPad with no success. Any advice?

Hi! Thanks for reaching out - Notion had a bug last week that is still affecting some people, but it seems to work after resetting Notion which is luckily a pretty simple fix! So sorry for the issue but hopefully this resolves it quickly, and if not let me know and I will reach out to Notion again www.notion.so/help/reset-notion

I bought this and love it but have one problem. When I added the harvest range column to view, it doesn’t actually populate any harvest ranges anywhere for me, how do I fix that? Opening the master data base it seems like somehow the frost dates didn’t connect even though I’ve entered them

Just following up! As of right now, most of the dates are generated with formulas which work for some reason with filters, but don’t seem to work with calendar views (has to be a regular old date property as far as I can tell). I have reached out to Notion support to see if they can help me figure out a solution or see if it’s at least on their roadmap! Hopefully I can figure this out because the big thing that I wish this template still did is a ✨Gantt chart✨

@@makinggardenmagic The generated dates seem to work with the Gannt chart, but maybe not the for the calendar (yet). Is that what you've found as well?

Hi can you advise me please love lady injo watching I'm in uk so ball pickle from America is way to expensive to order I was told to order food grade 150 Intralabs Calcium Chloride - 2kg (Dihydrate Flakes) It's comes with no instructions and is more like gravel would I need to smash down to use for veg do you know please how much I use 1 pint size and when I get steamer will use larger I've 1 Pot Pro canner

Hello! I would just use a tiny amount per pint, 1/8tsp (not quite sure how much that would be in metric - just a pinch!). A steam canner or regular water bath canner would work well! Good luck :)

If you wanted to have, for example, jalapeño, and Serrano peppers, you could just duplicate the hot peppers entry and adjust the info for each cultivar/variety Other than that, 9:33 shows how to add plants!

Yes that is possible! If they create a Notion account as well, you should be able to invite them as a guest to share the database :)

Thanks for the quick reply. I bought it and duplicated it in my notion, but the dashboard stuff - plant db, under the hood - are not mine. It sends me to an external link that I cannot update or affect my instance of the template. Not sure how to 'make it mine'@@makinggardenmagic
