Fun episode, on the subject of smelly feet/shoes...I sweat a lot, you have to have multiple pairs of shoes in this case. It takes about 24 hours for them to dry out, best things I've found are to alternate shoes and also pour a little baking soda in them, helps draw out the moisture and funk 🫡

Stinky feet story: my ex (who lived with me) used to have to put his shoes in a garbage bag by the front door and put scented dryer sheets in them. Even then, whenever I walked within 15 ft of that bag I would gag or vomit 100% of the time. I’ve still never smelt anything that bad since then.

#1 lice like clean heads, it's not a dirty thing. And #2 denorex shampoo is the game changer. Wash kids hair with it, don't rinse right away. Put shower cap on and let sit for like 15, 20 min....then rinse. It kills the lice and eggs.
