Thank you for this workout! I always hurt my neck when doing ab exercises, but this workout got my abs burning with NO neck pain. I will practice this every day. Your video is so appreciated!

I NEVER comment…but I really did enjoy this! I am in fairly good shape, but I have a “minor” traumatic neck injury from 2 decades ago in my 20s. This was great! Thank you!!!❤

@@CarolineJordan I have done this for 2 weeks, 2-3 times a week and only today I felt I have mastered the moves and form to impact my abs. Thanks so much for your instructions as they are so valuable. We dont realise that we need to practise form to get any results. I plan to continue with this and will get back with results. PS- is there anyway you can do a video for coccyx pain as I have an old injury. I have found that exercise has helped me but not found a specific one by anyone I can trust. Thanks again ❤❤

We are from Washington state. 😊18 Renegade rows with an 8 lb medicine ball! Way better than my first time when I did maybe 8.

I love doing sit-ups, but could never figure out why my neck hurts all of the time! I'm only 33, but I feel like I have suffered from this for a long time. Thank you for creating this video. These exercises have helped me so much!

Do you have a modification for the leg circles? my hip just pops out of socket against my will (I have hypermobility) and makes a deep clicking noise every time I attempt to complete the circle.
