No one can refuse such tender buns! Divine buns! The yeast dough is soft and moderately sweet. If you have flour and yogurt, make these incredibly delicious buns. Recipe and ingredients for buns:
200ml warm water.
12g dry yeast.
1 tablespoon of sugar.
Mix well.
100g wheat flour.
Stir and leave for 15 minutes to allow the yeast to activate.
200ml hot water.
100g butter.
120g sugar.
Dissolve the butter and sugar in hot water.
100 g yoghurt.
Stir and cool to room temperature.
1 egg + 1 egg white.

Combine the ingredients.
710 g wheat flour.
6 g salt.

Sprinkle the table with flour.
Continue kneading the dough on the work surface until it is smooth.
Grease a bowl with vegetable oil.
Leave the dough in a warm place until it doubles in volume.
Divide into 12 pieces.
Form into balls.
Leave to rest for 10 minutes.
Roll out into a small circle.
Cut off the edges.
Add jam, I use lemon jam.
Pinch the edges.
Repeat after me - it's very exciting.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Leave to rest for 15 minutes.
Brush with egg yolk + 1 tablespoon of water.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
