Of all the hotteok recipe in KZbin, I love yours the most! The dough is easy to handle and the hotteok is NOT oily at all. I tried other people's recipes and found the hotteok too oily for me. Although your hotteok is not as crispy (due to lack of oil during pan frying) but I love it (=
