Since it was Salmond's hypocrisy to refuse meeting the Dalai Lama when he was First Minister, I don't want him back. I want a Scotland that supports any country seeking its own freedom, else our own freedom means little.

so in a nutshell, SNP have no desire to take it forward and no desire for independence then? So why do they even call themselves the party for independence? Out right lie is it not? I think it is time for change. Mr. Salmond was the man that championed this and when he stepped down, the whole thing fell to pieces. In the 9 nearly 10 years since he left there has been no advance in the cause, in fact only regression! Enough is enough.

Good for nothing this lot. We don't need anyone's permission for Scotland to become Independent. We have our own laws (Claim of Right, etc) going back hundreds of years that Westminster were trying to airbrush out of history. Pull all of our politicians from Westminster as they are just wasting their time there and are severely outnumbered. Politicians need to get red-pilled and wake up to the fact that Independence will happen in Scotland, not Westminster.
