No rest for parent birds

The work of feeding the babies continues after the nest! Young cockatiels can fly already but they keep begging for food to the adult cockatiel with their dinosaur noise.
My trained cockatiels free fly every day it's possible, they are hand reared and trained since very young chicks.
Never try to fly outside a cockataiel or a parrot without prior intensive training, not just recall indoor.

Aww, they’re so cute but oh boy i’m realizing that i’m gonna have to deal with that, considering my cockatiels had two babies. I do have a question though, i tried looking up answers but got nothing. The babies are four weeks old now, and their nest is in an aviary. The aviary has a concrete floor, my mother and i are worried that they’ll get hurt if they fall. What should we do? Will they be alright?

By the time they are grown enough to be able to exit the nest, they'll be able to deal with the fall with no damage
