I can relate. I struggled with overspending and sometimes still do. Allowing myself to only to spend if I had cash for it and sitting in that for awhile definitely helped build a muscle. I also learned why I overspend and it is usually boredom or I'm anxious and trying to pacify something. So I have no doubt in you. It is hard but you will do better

Lol, last year when I did my no spend the kids would call their pop pop and ask him for money for take out 😂. I’m excited for you and your no spend plans. Hi Yency 💜 wow no spend!! It’s going to be difficult but you can do it, you need to be disciplined with yourself. Make sure to also put a dollar amount on how much you are allowed to spend during your 1x a month shopping spree. Girl you got this, excited to see how this works out for you!
