High praise for the scrub nurses! You need to tell them more often as they make your life so much easier!

you have great chemistry and I think you nailed the balance between staying in the spirit of the skit and providing context and commentary on your actual work life. Love to see the Glaucomflecken stereotypes come to life as actual doctors. You sound very dedicated and I'm sure your patients are very lucky to have you.

I sure hope when you find that nurse who can read you and anticipate what you need, you give her a nice bonus at Christmas or something.

You guys are great. Do the nurses say what they gave you? Do you confirm that you're indeed holding the correct instrument that was handed to you?

They don’t essentially say the name of the instrument. If the surgeon is focusing with eyes on the microscope, once he/she takes the instrument they will feel it and by experience you know what it’s.

How come quality of care and treatment is different for the poor and rich/privileged? I thought the science of medicine and diagnostic criteria and treatment protocols were all universal and doctors were not suppose to discriminate? For example, if one has a tonic-clonic seizure and is rich and/or privileged he or she can get an IV drip, ativan, pain medications, ecg, sometimes a CT scan, neuro consult, etc. If one is poor though he or she gets blood pressure checked, someties seizure medication levels checked, and monitored for an hour or whatever and then discharged. Don't say its Not true. I know from personal experience its true.

Everyone should have equal access to healthcare services. In the UK, you get treated free through the NHS, it is not different if you are rich or poor. Rich people can afford private care, which is not essentially better than public services. Situation the the USA is different and quite complex. The treatment should be the same and must not be affected by your wealth.

Treatment is the same. Everyone has access to cheap insurance thanks to Obama care. All systems demand cost cutting and limitations.

That's one old-ass pug! Amazing You got to make his life that much longer and happier. Do you find managing respiration on brachycephalic dogs more difficult?
