No sugar and no gluten! 1 cup oatmeal and 2 apples
Recipe and ingredients:
1 cup (100g) oatmeal.
3 medium apples.
Some water.
1 banana.
2 eggs.
Be sure to wash your eggs before using them.
Eggs should be at room temperature.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, optional.
Rinse 100 g raisins with hot water.
Rinse 100 g dried cranberries in hot water.
Mix all ingredients until smooth.
1/2 cup (50 g) favorite nuts.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 35-40 minutes.

I made this and it was great for breakfast in soy milk. I reduced the dried fruits to ½ cup of each and used the soaking water in the recipe. I increased the cinnamon to 2 teaspoons because I like a lot of cinnamon. Delicious! Thank you.

Se știe că praful de copt se amestecă cu substanță uscată (fulgii de ovăz) și se adaugă la urmă pentru a nu-și pierde efectul. A făcut o prietenă dar așa cum arată. Rezultatul a fost că turta n-a mai crescut și a rămas cleioasă în interior! Vacs
