I don't know how you even cut out you 6 by 24 ruler. I use mine all of the time, don't really grab the smaller ones at all. CONGRATULATIONS ❤ on getting one.

Hi Sandy, have just started making the twisted rail fence quilt and was wondering how many different pieces of material did you use. Did you use several pieces of the different material. Thanks Desley

Hi Desley. I used 8 rectangles of diferent fabrics and then 8 rectangles of white fabric for the background. Then I made a different set with the dark blue star fabric so I could mix them up and for those I used 8 dark blue start rectangles and 8 rectangles with diferent color fabrics. Hope it helps, let me know how it went! 😀
