From what I understand you're on the path of service to others, following your green heart. I'm a newbie and obviously I support you on your unique journey. However, as a friend, I only don't support your diet, because it seems that you're plant based and avoid animal foods. If I got that wrong, please don't read further. I try to avoid wheat/bread at any cost, and only eat a cookie or so once a day or two out of guilty pleasure. Other than that I eat fruits, vegetables, free range animal products and fish. Cooking has to be on animal fat, not plant fats (oils) because the latter once cooked become somewhat toxic, unlike animal fat. Therefore plant oils only raw (for example in salads), animal fats for cooking. You're not what you eat, you're what your body manages to absorb out of what you eat. In short, fruits and veggies are there mostly for vitamins, and animal products are mostly for minerals (like Calcium, Zinc) and certain vitamins like B12, D and whatnot. I stopped being vegan after ~10 years when my head started spinning and gradually got out of control even at night, I knew it was a malnutrition, and.. I was craving raw fish.. I had some raw salmon before going to bed and the next day the dizziness disappeared and never had my head spinning again. It was scary but it taught me a lesson - God doesn't want me to be a pristine butterfly (vegan/vegetarian and such), instead it wants me to be a daily plodder and accept my genes the way they are, not the way I want to imagine myself. I imagine the fish fats had something in them. Maybe it was also the Zinc which is very hard to attain not having access to animal/fish products because plants have natural anti-nutrients as a defense mechanism (something vegans just turn a blind eye on until they can't take the malnutrition anymore), which doesn't allow random animals and people to absorb the minerals. Cows, on the other hand, don't have such a problem because they're built to eat grass. It's none of my business, I just don't want you to suffer more than you should (if any at all), but if you're fine with your diet - hey, more power to you, I'm just a random nobody.

That is always valuable because this is wisdom that you got by experiencing it yourself and has the power to serve others ♡ I also agree with you that it is important to listen to our own body with the awareness that some desires can also come from other sources that we are not always aware. But our body knows the way! We are learning how to truly listen again and thats a journey. I would not call myself a vegan as I eat animal products when my body tells me she needs it, aspecialy around some periods in my moon cycles 🌕 I will be sharing more videos about this as it is a present topic and sooo important in our journey of comming home within ourselves.
