She said" I didn't know Micheal Jackson was black?!!", and pardon me for my reaction, but I started laughing so hard I cried, and she laughed also but didn't know why. I know he had a skin condition that I was very aware of and I know it was a very sensitive issue for Micheal. But those of us who grew up aware of him saw the gradual difference, but it him someone who didn't witness those changes, how would they know?!!! All the jokes that people made about him, I wouldn't allow my children or grandchildren to laugh at someone with this issue. But I look at it as ya'll were laughing because you were surprised the Beegees were white?!!!, no offense taken, whatsoever!!!. My heart really ached for Micheal and I really felt his pain when he did "Oprah interview, and she brought up how people actually mentioned they thought he bleached his skin to get rid of his blackness. I think your reaction has been the best one yet. Don't let anyone tell you that was hating on someone. I'm 66 and can remember when radio stations wouldn't play their songs because they sounded "to black' those stations are no longer in business. I love your laugh because you are being sincere with your review of this.

They wouldn't play theiir songs because there was a disco backlash. Had nothing to do with 'black'.
