Do you think you could have just used the foundation under your foundation your eyes ?

Hi Pamekay, I have very dry under eyes with lots of fine lines. I could have possibly used the foundation under them. However, I don’t think I would have much coverage or be hydrating enough for me. There aren’t to many foundations that I can use under my eyes and they tend to dry out by the end of the day. Concealers usually are hydrating and have ingredients to help with fine lines and wrinkles, puffiness or dark circles. Plus, they have better coverage. Hope this helps 😊 Thanks for watching.
