This is hilarious, but he forgot the part where HR said, “I wrote him up severely. He’s gonna be bearing the scars of what I did to him.” And the employees say “No, we want him fired,” and HR says “You guys do what you want. We’re washing our hands of this,” and the employees don’t stop pushing until he is fired. Then he gets up, starts a new company, and says all you are to do is acknowledge that it was not the employees, but your own issues that got him fired.”

From an IT - information technology perspective, I suppose I'm considered a Praetorian Guard since I had the responsibility of whom to create a network account with "Roman Access" - Network Privileges. It was joyful experience welcoming new staff whilst having the awkward task of removing an account due to termination of employment. I tried, I really really tried making those leaving the company for what ever reason as painless as possible, that is a "peaceful death."

The Son Rises Lets see if i got this" the old-timers had perfected the art of slacking off, counting down the days to retirement under the lenient eye of Mr. Old and tired Boss. But when the bosses son, took over, armed with ambition and a knack for efficiency, the lazy crew saw their easy ride coming to an end. They did everything in their power to trip up the son, even calling HR and spreading rumors about his management style. BTW the newer more ambitious worker, like d the new style of doing proper business and getting things done. But despite His, best efforts the older workers sabotage the new boss and f#ck&d it all up, for them, the old man, ( they claimed the loved) the new workers who all they wanted was to feed their families, like the old worker had done years before they grew; fat , lazy, and most of all greedy... . You know it kinda does fit... lol😁
