No way you can hate Noah Lyles, I'm Jamaican, I wanted the win for Hurricane Kishane, but Noah ran like his life, lively hood and reputation depended on it (and it did), it was a truly deserved win, he talked the talk and ran the run to back it up, he fully deserves the win (as long as it was fair). Big up to Kishane, Noah only edged him out with experience, and taught Kishane a harsh lesson about hard work being greater than natural gifts and talents.

Noah is so right. I just became a fan of track a few years ago and it’s so hard to watch competitions that aren’t Diamond League. You have to be diligent in keeping up with the TV llistings and then do research on your own to find untelivised competitions and where to watch them if you can watch them. Track is such a great sport with some amazing people and I believe it could be very popular in the US if only it were more accessible.
