Low fat and low carb? I highly doubt that's accurate. Those steaks probably have a solid amount of fat in them. I guess it depends on how much steak he eats each day. And, I would assume Noah would need a fuel source like carbs for his sport since it's very explosive. But, whatever Noah's eating, it's working! And, his physique looks great!

Why would they? Microwaves heat up food by vibrating the water molecules in them. Any nutrient loss would be in steam which is generated by other methods of reheating as well.
