These videos are so well done. The storytelling, music, pacing, everything - just so good. If I wasn't already rooting for you Noah, these vids would win me over 😅

Thanks for what you do! We really appreciate your connection with the fans and community, I’m also practicing for both CrossFit and training to learn about triathlon. Did my first sprint about 5 months ago and doing my first Olympic soon… just wanted to say that you are an inspiration for many people🫡😎

It was awesome to see you in PCB, didn't realize you were doing this race. Really cool to see how the fitness is transferrable across sports. You crushed the IM Florida course, very focused, controlled and methodical. Congrats on the big day.

Taking a step into my world of competition! Welcome to the crazy!

Excrossfitter here. Switched to long distance running. I enjoy it more honestly. Workouts are much less stressful. Competitions are a lot more fun since I only race with myself mainly. I dont like swimming much and cycling is boring imo. Marathons and beyond are a whole different world. Much more fun than you can imagine.

Good job Noah I was always interested to see crossfit games athlete perform an IM. I switched to triathlon this year to attempt an IM before I have a kid

It will be easy on race day to forget to eat or drink but don't let those calories slip. While good calories should be the priority, I loved a good nerds cluster or skittles on the bike for that quick hit of sugar. Don't want to bonk!

Well he got 10:58 so I guess it was realistic. Crushed it.

What running shoes were you wearing?
@leehouston4395Ай бұрын
They are the R.A.D runners
@leehouston4395Ай бұрын
Actually they aren’t the standard RADs, suspect they’re the new endurance runners that haven’t been released yet

Doubling your time for double the distance doesn't work. Double plus 30-60min is realistic.
@taylorknight7786Ай бұрын
As he stated “not that realistic” followed by “11 to 12 hours” which would be double plus 30-60 mins…where was he wrong?
