One of the devs must be a Monty Python fan, there are alot of Monthy Python references in World of Warcraft too.

Fun fact:there seems to have been a time when the Scarlet Crusade was willing to accept members of the Alliance Of Lordaeron into their ranks. In the Scarlet Halls, in the room of the second boss,you can find eleven statues dedicated to heroes of the Crusade. Only eight are human,there is also a dwarf and two high elves

It's also possible Bloodmage Thalnos was a blood elf in life. If that is true, a likely explanation is he was an ambassador sent by Lor'themar in an attempt to form an alliance against the Scourge. But as the Scarlet Crusades' paranoia and racism grew, they betrayed and murdered him, after which he rose as a skeletal mage and began haunting the graveyard.

That Culling of Stratholme moment is such a critical one in WoW lore. What other options did Arthas have? What if Uther and Jaina, instead of abandoning him, had stayed to assist, and to temper his judgments a bit. Would there even have been a Lich King? Would Sylvanas have become a soccer Mom? Alas, we will never know.

I agree. And imto it was also well written: Arthas did a horrible thing, but he had good intentions. Arthas' fall into darkness was done well: he didn't became evil due to ambitions, but for his desperation and obsession to do the right things.

They did not know so at the time, not for sure. And even if they did, there was no way of knowing who had actually eaten and who had not. I had major problerms with the order halls, one the DK one, So King trollbane, a human , warrior king who slain countless orcs and blames them for a lot of the damages done to his kngdom his absolutely fine with riding beside a Orc. Also with the paladin order hall, Eaverything about it screams alliance, all the statues in it were of alliances heroes, tirion was the only neutral one, and the Name, The silver hand was created to ifght the horde, now it has the horde in it, im kinda pissed that none of the paladins there took notice of fucking taurens being alllowed in they dont even worship the same thing, tauren paladins are not paladins but sunwalkers they worship the sun one of the eyes of an`she

The bombing part was back in Cataclysm. The experiments were also back then. The burning of Teldrassil was consider a strategic attack, the Nigh Elfs are the biggest threat. With them gone, Kalimdor will be the Hordes. And (Oh christ) The bombing of Theormore was a strategic plan made by Garrosh to finish the fight quicker, all the Alliance commanders were in the same place. One good bomb and they all fall, if he had continue attacking normally. More soldiers would lose their lives against Theormore. Slyvanas did what she had to, but I have to say she's going to need to go a different path or shell become the second Arthas

+S. F. P. If we believe Chronicle, then Ner'zhul is nothing but a whimpering presence in the back of the Lich Kings head, after Arthas mentally defeated him. We don't get any confirmation, what happens to him after Arthas was deafeated, but my guess is, that he either died with him, or has still not recovered. I think what actually corrupted Bolvar was the extensive use of necromantic powers to keep the scourge in check, aswell as the absence of the light.

I disagree with the not killing thing. Not only did they disturb the slumber of righteous light soldiers in the chapelle, they also killed all the unnamed soldiers they faced. I am sure the named ones were spared because of their connection to the light. They COULD NOT beat them to death, and they weren't there to do that. So they did not try a futile effort in their time-bound quest to get Fordring. Still looks pretty Arthas to me. But you convinced me in so far that they weren't there to conquer and kill everyone and to "test the ground".

Good video and all, but this was more the history of the scarlet crusade and the ebon blade featuring the high inquisitor Sally Whitemane. I do understand there isn't a heck of a lot to cover with Sally perhaps when blizzard releases lich king 2.0 to woo back players after the failure that is BFA.

My theory on the DK quest, we raise these former with the help of the lich king power, he sent us to light hope on purpose to either kill us or to kill Darion so that we will raise him using his power. I'm expecting that he has full control of the four since we raised them using his power. On the quest to get the mount the lich king clearly stated that if we fail he will take over the Ebon blade. At this point it is clear that there will be an expansion where the lich king finally plot his move, it seem that the helm is finally taking control of Bolvar.

one thing im surprised about is how slow the story is coming along for the present expansion were as in the legion there was tons of videos to watch as the story unfolded but now we haven't got past the start of the war and its been months since the expansion came out

Great video! I was wondering if maybe you can do a recap on the lich king. Do the people of azeroth know hes alive? And if so, what do they think of the situation? And if the people dont know then why dont he reveal himself? And what about the ebon blade? Do they know hes alive? Your last video about the lich king was a while ago, i dont need to see the whole story just more of an update. Keep up the good work!

Love your vids so much xD Here's a vid I'd love to see. I was a child when the first warcraft games released but I watched a youtube of every cutscene/dialouge of all three warcraft games (and expansions). However I found the first two difficult to follow. Have you though about doing a video of just the events in those first two games, specificaly from the knowledge that a player would habe at the time? Just a thought. =)
