1:05 World record for standing vertical is 47 inches, I am going to need to see stronger evidence that he can do a 65 inch vertical like you said before I believe it, that is 28% more than anyone else has ever done. Highly improbable, but I suppose anything is possible.

7.8 meters, or around 25 feet 7 inches. At 22 and with that vertical leap ability, only 25' 7", tells me he cannot run that fast. You say "only 22", but unless he just started the Long Jump recently, 22 is prime age to put some very good numbers up. Hopefully he can get faster horizontally because he has no problem vertically. Just calling it as I see it.

His running form looked a little weird. The leaping ability tells me he probably has the baseline strength and power to be a good sprinter, so hopefully it's just a technical thing that could be coached
@chloedemeter5473
@chloedemeter5473 2 жыл бұрын
Might just need to get stronger. First 10-30 meters is hugely affected by relative strength. His stretch reflex and ballistic power is nuts but he probably isn't strong enough to build speed quickly for running leading into the jump.
