Warm milk 200 ml.
200 ml warm water.
2 tablespoons sugar.
6 g dry yeast.
1 large egg.
50 ml vegetable oil.
650-670 g wheat flour.
1 teaspoon salt.
30g unsalted butter.
1 egg for brushing.
