And he was really talented too. Too bad he died at that young age. His name was Michael Lee

It's going to be 2024 in 31 days, and these guys are just as relevant today as they were in 1969. I listen to them everyday as I walk out the door with my coffee in the morning. And also whenever I listen to any music, they are part of the Playlist. Greatest band ever! There are other great bands, but led zeppelin is just a cut about the rest.❤🎸🥁🎹🎙🎵🎤🎧❤

I played this song for my dad a few month's ago....He is 72 years old and a great man -- he lived through Zep and the Beatles and The Stones. ... He said, "the guitarist really likes to hear himself play..." Lol Love it. Love my dad, and Pagey is good, too!!

Outstanding! Out there standing, in a quarry or whatever it is, and--the pun must be excused--rocking! I could never have DREAMED such a different yet equally cool version of this classic Zep tune could be realized.

Full circle man! More like a vertical spiral....ya Zeppelinize a great blues classic and create one of the greatest rock lead riffs ever (Presence), then years later, unplug it in Morocco and add some of the fun influences you've enjoyed over the years, and return it to North Africa! Outstanding!

Used to party and smoke some weed to this song back in the 90’s. Listening to this sure brings back some good memories. 😊 Wish I could download this but Apple and prime does not carry this song.

This is a favorite 1st-song-in-the-morning for me 😎👍🥰! Way better than the Zep original recording - this is the “Dark Night of the Spirit” groove 😎❤️! Chills down the spine, as the Souls of the Damned rise and boogie 😎👍!

Back in the 20th century first wiife presented me with the "MTV Unleaded" DVD. For our xtb anniversary .Let's say a quarter of a century ago 😊 and from that moment on , I humbly expected LZ would come back together on with Michael Lee gorgeously in Bonzo's stead. Maybe someone else saw in Michael Lee a worth-the-burden successor to Bonham's uniqueness in his own way?

Thank God the producers didn't put violinists on the slate heap. In my opinion, they messed up "The Rain Song" by adding an orchestra and ruining the song's fragile beauty.

Do you mean Blind Willie Johnson's original?
@phillipanderson7398 Жыл бұрын
@@UKAlanR No I meant the Led Zeppelin studio version on Presence. I do know the Blind Willie original and it is very good, especially the way he growls the words and his guitar playing too.
