Not so soft is good. I hate trying to deadlift in a squishy shoe. Not really sold on the additional stack height, but the toe bumper sounds helpful.

Thanks for review! Question: they’re marketed as “motion control.” When you bend the shoe, does the middle actually bend? Or does it stay solid (like the brooks Ariel/Beast, for example)? I need a true motion control, and I had hoped to see you try and bend the shoe in the video to see if I could actually buy these! Thanks in advance

There are lots of kinds of fitness that are not running. And No Bull’s primary target market is solidly in that other category. There are plenty of running shoes on the market.

Because they have multiple running shoe models they want you to buy too. Also hard to have a shoe you can hit heavy lifts in AND have soft cushion for long runs that people are used to.

i was hoping you'd say the new sole would feel softer than the original but you saying they feel just as dense as the original and similar to the canvas trainer in hardness makes me pass on them. great review!!

It’s basically a doubled up version of the original sole haha. Technically more cushioning, just not comfortable.

Help- I'm looking to replace Reebok Froning 1 RF1. Would these Trainer+ be a good option, fit, sizing? I loved the RF1. Or, would you recommend another shoe for CrossFit that similar to RF1?

I would recommend under armour Tribase reign 5. They’re pretty similar to those Fronings, or at least the most similar shoe out right now. After that either that, either strike haze or RAD.

I have been using these no bulls CrossFit shoes for a few weeks now and they are absolute rubbish . My ankles hurt as there is little or no ankle support on these . Plus the fit is horrible . It feels like your feet are going all over the place . Would not recommend anyone to use these for any wods.
