The big flaw in the bus plan was that if there was only one traitor in there there was no way of both innocents being able to tell who the traitor was since the cards are shuffled. So when two of the 3 immediately said it was D that would have been impossible for two innocents to know. I figured you guys noticed this after the fact.

In the game, you arent necessarily told how many traitors there are in the test. You guys should flip over each card individually, and when you get one traitor card, stop there. That way, you dont know how many traitors there are but you know there is atleast one.

they actually can do that. in TTT if you have 3 traitors or 3 innocent, it triggers a positive green light. if you have a mix of innocent and traitor, it spawns a red light.

U guys should try a game of nerf spyfall where if the spy is caught and can't guess the location they get a chance to try and shoot everyone without getting shot. (No one can notice if there's no one to notice). Edit: Instead of voting who the spy is, everyone points their gun to who they think it is and fire when the vote is over.
