Many people have already left Cover before, but A-chan wasn't 'just' a staff member. She is the everyday face of management and most importantly one of the cornerstones of Hololive, working tirelessly to see the company grow over the years. If it weren't for supporting her best friend's dream, Hololive wouldn't be what it is today, and none of us would be here, affected by the news of her retirement. She's set the bar very high, leaving her mark not only on Hololive but on the vtubing industry as a whole, but I'm sure Nodoka will be up to the challenge and will follow in her footsteps. Yeah, it's just something I always assumed was going to be a constant. Cover and Hololive are going to be here for a long time to come, so job security for A-chan was never in question, but sometimes life just throws a curveball and one has to focus on what matters most. Today, after reading the announcement I had realized just how much I accidentally was a fan of A-chan. I think I subscribed to the main channel after I found out about hologra. But I ended up watching a lot of the goofy competitions and other collabs that were done with a bunch of members who rotated after I found out they had english subtitles. The thing was that A-chan was in so many of those episodes, that I ended up technically watching A-chan more so than even a lot of the talents. I hope the best for her and her family.

When I think about it, the concept of staffs and managers being reoccurring names that get brought up by the talents or appearing onscreen as their own characters in the Vtuber world may be pioneered by A-chan when she became a part of the Hololive roster. She didn't just pave the path for Holomems, she also became the face of the people who worked behind the curtains to bring the Vtuber industry to where and how it is now.

A-chan is a cornerstone for many holomems whenever they have a problem and doubt themselves, especially in Holo's early days. Hopefully Cover can provide another reliable Friend to help their talents whenever they're facing a hurdle. That aside, i really admire A-chan's dedication to her work. She even learned English again just so she can communicate better with the EN & ID Branch and also to the communities and her english is really good as she can keep up with the conversation. She's friendly, unique, charismatic and communicative to every talents. I also love her sense of humor, especially the Melon Pan & Phasmo Collabo with Kaela. Man, there was a time when I was hoping that A-chan would inherit the company from Yagoo if he ever retired or couldn't continue as CEO at some point. Now that that hope is gone, all we can do is to continue supporting the remaining and potentially future members and staff as much as possible. Of course, I hope Nodoka is also here for many years to come, and I have no doubt she will become the next face of Hololive's management, with potentially a new kouhai one day
