@Chris Michel He wasn't cheating. The task never specified that they had to be in there, only that they had to camouflage themselves and a photo would be taken. As long as he's in the photo, which he was, then it counts.

@Chris Michel Yes it said "in position" but that just means they have to be in the photo somewhere, it doesn't mean they have to be in the actual location. I do get what you're trying to say but this is exactly what the show is all about. You are reading the words too literally, when the whole thing is about interpreting the task as you see it without breaking the task rules. He did what the task asked for, if he hadn't they would have pointed it out as they've picked on others for far less. :-)
