And she also worked a full-time job until August, I think. I don't think she could afford a house, a studio, a car in Tokyo and her expensive hobby (Noel is quite an audiophile and savvy on audio equipment). What Hololive gives her is a much bigger social circle and, of course, Flare. The bonus income also helps but I think she did pretty fine before that on her own.

i dont think they used her real name, im guessing probably someone that watched her "normal youtuber" videos aplied with her youtuber name and send one of noel`s videos as an example to the online audition

Maybe she had the same name? It happened to one of my aunts during her board exam, she thought she passed since there was a "congratulation" sign in her campus. But it was actually someone else who had the same school, first name, last name, and even middle initial. Must've broke her heart since she chose a different career instead. And the email part is also possible if her email had her real name and she mistyped or the HR misread her email address. Which happened to me once during college entrance exam, I was even wondering if I failed or some shit. But it's also possible that it is all Ame's fault, and she accidentally brought the future noel who's about to audition for hololive. And then sent her back without noticing after the audition.
