I don't get why the concept of trademark is so hard for people to understand! How would you feel if somebody else was selling (or giving away) "iamLucid" merch or posting videos using your name? If a trademark holder ignores infringement by a well-meaning 17-year-old, they have created a "you let him do it" defense. A trademark left undefended is released it into the public domain and is lost! You may freely make videos all day long about "not fapping," and you can call the organization by its name when commenting about it as an organization; but you can't call your own activities by someone else's trademark (any more than Ford could start calling its pickups Chevys or Rams).

What you can't do is use Apple's "iPhone" trademark in the giving or selling of a different-brand or knock-off phone that didn't originate from Apple or imply in any way that your activities are associated with Apple. Lucid's mistake was to distribute knock-off "NoFap" bracelets that he'd had made. It would be okay if he'd given away genuine "NoFap" merch sourced from NoFap LLC or merch that he'd had made himself that said "Fap-free," "Non-fapper," "Don't fap," etc.
