Honestly one of the best things I was able to do to be more successful was to just stop caring about and counting days I think too many people over focus especially on this 90-day thing. They'll think that once they hit that mark that means they're cured or something I think it's fine to be proud of going any amount of time free from this addiction. But I don't really think there's any specific day marker that really makes a difference. It's your attitude about it that becomes the most impactful change

@covid19-bb1do I can relate i relapsed arround Day 19 or Day 21 for 5 Times and i ALWAYS hated myself right after. Well its harder in Autumn and Winter not to relapse Try working out Your muscles i promise the Dopamine is very good and Longer lasting.

I once went for roughly that time period and the relapse was almost like a drug, the relapse was very high and felt like the first time again but the come down was absolutely terrible- felt a unimaginable low. I put it down to the high secretion of dopemine leaving with no.more happy feeling hormone in my system.

I am at day 51 right now. Yesterday i went to the dentist again in a long time. That is most of the time a day where i fap alot because it releave stress for a moment. But now i didnt. I have the feeling it also makes you more social dominant when you do nofap.

Just relapsed on day 56 one day before my longest streak of the year 57 days. Unreal, i feel like aids rn at work. I’m so awkward not in a talkative mood and I’m very negative. I’m trying to just stay away from people bc ik I’m going to come off as a Debby downer. My head is pounding i didn’t sleep at all and my bones ache more specifically in my feet. This fatigue and brain fog is unreallllll. I think the brain fog may be bc of guilt bc when ever i talk to someone i just feel shame and can’t think straight

56 days is excellent. Don’t be too hard on yourself. Do you think the pressure to beat your last streak was too much so you self sabotaged? Sometimes when I’m doing really well on something I get a huge urge to self sabotage. It’s like I wanna rebel against myself or something. I’m currently on my longest streak of 22 days. I never thought I would get this far.

Don’t beat urself up too much. We’re only human. We will slip up sometimes but bro, 56 days is a huge success! Just learn from ur mistake, learn from how u ended up relapsing and make sure u don’t make the same mistake twice and move on! U got this bro. 💪🏿

@Deezy_Dubz I relapsed 5 Times always after Day 21 or so and i felt Exactly the same as You the BrainFog sucked and i needed Like 1,5 Litres of coffee to Wake Up. i always hated myself Like 1 Minute after the Relapse and i dont want that anymore its That Easy. But Yeah its harder in the Autumn and Winter cause less Sunlight and stuff.

Got to day 68 (longest streak by far) and then gave into my urges and went on a 3 day binge. I feel absolutely terrible and feel like almost all progress is lost. The problem was that I used to suffer from severe delayed ejeculation due to death grip however after going all this time without touching myself I developed the opposite problem and came really quickly due to being so much more sensitive. I don't know what to do any advice would be great thanks

I'm sorry to hear that, my brother. The speed in which you busted nuts is actually a good sign (no longer so numb), and does not at all have to reflect what your situation would be with a real life person after rebooting. Yes you probably set yourself back a bit, if it was binges over a 3 day period, and I know how bad that feels, but you had a really good run. 68 days is great, and what you can, and should, do now is take that sign we we're just talking aboout as a testament that rebooting works, and get right back up on the horse. In a matter of a couple of weeks you'll be back, and armed with the knowledge that what you're doing is working, this time you'll continue past your previous record. You can do this!

I was going through a horrible flatline at the time too which might also have something to so with why I gave in. I got a massive chaser effect unfortunately but am determined to keep this up and realise that all my progress isn't lost and this is just a setback. I feel your pain, my brother. You can do it, though. Sit down and tacke stock of what you are doing and come up with a new plan...and start with smaller goals and BUILD from there. Much smaller goals. That is what we need to do if we feel stuck. It's about starting to be able to collect small 'wins' and then build momentum from that.

That one is easy: you were in withdrawals before the relapse-that’s why you felt bad during those 45 days. Your brain was adjusting to the lack of dopamine from porn. When you relapsed, you got a temporary relief, like a hit for a drug addict. That’s why you feel better right now. But the key thing to understand is that this relief won’t last. To break free and feel consistently good without needing porn, you’ve got to push through the period of withrdawals, without relapsing. Then you'll get out to the other side and start feeling amazing most of the time. Stay strong and keep going-you’ll get there.
