I remember seeing them around this time. Both Erics had dreads, and with Steve the hessian too!!! Steve actually showed me how to play day to daze on gitter!! I'm kinda surprised Mike wasn't playing the headless bass tho. Gawdamm this brings back memories!!

I love the Steve era and thanks for posting this piece of history. This had to be one of last shows with Steve since Hefe joined in 91. If Steve would have stayed they would have been good but not the same Nofx we know today.

NoFx consistently puts out good stuff to this day - but this was them at their prime imo. Fast and raw AF. Great footage man. Wish I was there. Right before punk started to get so safe and the scene became a joke.

This was awesome. Steve kicks ass. I always thought El Hefe was on ribbed. My favourite album. Kick ass that they played that whole album live. I was hoping they would play the entire punk in drublic album for the punk in drublic show in Edmonton, free beer at a punk rock show so good.

I got a lot of respect for NOFX but I really wish I could have seen them back in these days. I’ve been to a handful of shows, two warped tours and one actual and they’re great and all but it’d be cool to see them actually play and not just bullshit constantly. I think catching them right before Punk in Drublic would have been them at their best

World Rockumentary Channel™ loved Kidwiller , he was more of a metal guy but was a great guitar player and could adapt to whatever. I think he played a few reunion shows in 2009/2010. Hefe is a better all around musician obviously. I don’t know about you but the drums on Ribbed are especially great, all of eriks playing is great but Ribbed really was impressive in terms of technicality and dynamics. Thank you for posting this and talking about your personal ties to the history of NOFX.
