@@fortune09_estates Sorry but I don't agree with you. In places like Gurugram, projects sell out quickly due to high demand, but that's not the case in Noida. Also, Gurugram and Bangalore attract Millennials, NRIs, and startup founders because of their ecosystem, whereas in Noida it seems like only builders and brokers are creating a sense of urgency. Especially in Noida Extension, which is seen as a middle-class area.

I obviously understand that it's a long term game Having said that, I believe in the last 1 year all builders have raised price so much that I see soft premium for investors going forward (obviously land cost upfront and labour cost rising has contributed but still builders have tried gaining max profits)
