Wow! I found a workflow that I will use permanently! I've had Maschine for one year, & was all over the map trying to establish a workflow! I feel more centered now! Thanks Bro!

So happy that we now have this opportunity. Great idea to use this for transitions, I'll have to give that a try. Have been a bit lazy checking out the clips functionality but now all inspired. Nice vid, and boy did I love the ambiance in the beat. Great stuff man. Subbed.

Man that means a lot. I will be doing that soon now thanks to you. What are some areas of mixing you need help with??
@livenactivbeatz3413 жыл бұрын
@@NoiseyNeighborz after you do your mix down, you say the producer or engineer goes back and does another one for the artist rapping or singing sort of like a final mix

Bro thanks for the video, I learned quite a bit. I'm wondering though i can get out of the clips setting. I somehow end up in clips mode automatically. Did I press something i shouldnt have? I'm clearly a beginner. Greetings

Yes sir so I’m the timeline/ Song View, just press C on your keyboard and you can toggle between clips and patterns.

Is there a way I can rewind or start from the beginning in this thing? I’m getting the hang of it but I need to be able to replay my chords from the beginning.
@NoiseyNeighborz Жыл бұрын
What’s good Rey. So a keyboard shortcut to start from the beginning is opt + Spacebar (Mac) or alt + Spacebar (win). Or if you create in ideas mode, whatever section of the song your in automatically repeats while in playback

Thanks brother. Very good. Appreciate your video. It's just a shame that the volume fluctuates so (voice soft, music loud)

Since you converted the transition file to audio so that it plays in time, what was the purpose of such precise sliding of the clip with grid setting set to off?
@NoiseyNeighborz3 жыл бұрын
So I turned the grid off because where the swell hits the climax, I can place that exactly on the top of the next bar. If grid was on, the swell would have hit before or right after the top of the bar. Help that’s not confusing.

Did you gain stage any of those sounds? I dont see anyone talking about gain staging their sounds before starting.

So I naturally gain stage while producing to get a nice balance but I also do it after I have all my elements. How do you do it?

It seems I joined the Maschine community at the right time, couldnt imagine not having clips. They hard as hell to wrap your head around on the hardware tho, I can only see myself using em via the software after main production is pretty much done.
