You could even attach a mouse and keyboard and use it as a "PC". Played SNES and GBA emulators too, even paired to Wii and PS3 controllers (no rooting or anything). Very capable phone. I don't think the speakers were stereo, but it did have a terrific sound quality both speaker and jack.

I finally retired mine for an LG G3, which is a terrific device. The only reason I decided to change was because my N8 got "Eloped" again with the ending of support for Skype. A real bummer considering Nokia's CEO had promised support for the platform until 2016. Then again, the promise was made by someone whose only function at Nokia was to diminish the company to a size that MSFT could easily swallow. IMO.

Got this phone for the much touted camera at the time and it indeed took great pics/vids; I even used it to record my cousin's first dance with her husband in her wedding and the video came out crisp and clear despite the dimmed lights. Unfortunately, though, the phone was as slippery as a wet bar of soap (didn't have a case on it; not sure there were any either) and, after a few hard drops indoors/outdoors, it died! I still have it in a drawer somewhere... That was my last Nokia after which I moved on to Android and never looked back. Thank you to the youtube algorithm that brought me here for some nostalgia!

Well, it's a real shame Nokia doesn't make phones any more. I used to have Nokia Symbian phones, since two years I have a Lumia 925. It's a real good phone but I still miss some great convenience Symbian offered. This week I played with an old Nokia N82. It got me quite sentimental. It's a phone from 2007 with a great camera, Wi-Fi and good web support. I love the snappy response of that phone. There are no phones at this time, that really get my full interest. Android is laggy and unorganized, Apple is Apple and lacks some features, Windows Phone lacks some important features. If Nokia makes a good phone again, I will certainly buy it.
