A great technique from Sensei Bambara, also with your red students, but your student who uses the same blue glove needs more experience and to see the fire in his eyes. Bambara, a fighter that I saw who has the same technique as you, I think he is beterbiev, it would be good if in 2 videos you explain and analise his defense, attack and counterattack.

Pretty cool, yeah that gym looks great. It'd be so cool if there was a gym one could go to and do a live-in training camp for a few weeks and master the fundamentals and nail down some key boxing partner drills. I'd def check out the Nolan Bros and have them get me ready for some Master's Division matches in the future. I just did my 2nd Streetbeefs fight (video was just released) on my my 6th month of starting boxing and wanted to see my progress. I seem to be improving in this sport and I reckon it'll take me 2 years to start to get good and look polished. Boxing does seem to take some time! Having a 'structured' system really seems like the ticket. Those kids you brought with you are looking good---should take them to Streetbeefs--they'd do well and have a blast I'm sure.
